We're hiring an Experienced Assembler to join the team at a leading global mobility technology manufacturer in Duncan, SC. Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

*Must be available to work until 5:00 AM and on Saturdays when production requires.

About the Role

As an assembler, you'll play a vital role in bringing innovative automotive mirror components to life. This is a temp-to-hire position that requires sharp attention to detail and strong mechanical skills. From assembling parts based on detailed instructions to operating machinery and ensuring quality standards are met, you'll be an integral part of the production line. This is not an entry-level role-at least two years of assembly and production experience is required.

Responsibilities Include:



  • Assemble components per written and visual guidelines.
  • Operate machinery and perform force fitting, fastening, and testing operations.
  • Rotate across various workstations and perform daily startup and safety checks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation such as production reports and scrap logs.
  • Uphold 5S and housekeeping standards to keep the workspace safe and efficient.
  • Support continuous improvement and environmental compliance initiatives.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and OSHA regulations.

What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of assembly and production experience.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions and part diagrams.
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with solid communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
