Job Overview
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for providing the safest possible environment for our employees and the highest level of service for our customers. In this hands-on role, this person will lead effort to support operations by implementing and sustaining Lean Six Sigma processes aimed at improving safety, order accuracy quality, labor utilization, layout optimization, and operating costs for both existing and new products. In addition, this position will be responsible for leadership of strategic initiatives including but not limited to warehouse management system (WMS) updates, storage enhancements, and automation improvements. The position requires frequent communications with other departments including Human Resources, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Manufacturing. A Day In The Life
