Job Requisition ID:91839 Location Designation:Fully Onsite Location: 44 South Broadway, White Plains, New York 10601 (fully in-office) Offered Wage: $175,000.02/year Duties: Partner with foundational business leaders and enterprise stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions and insights to aid in the decision-making process and drive innovation. Improve internal processes across client, agent, and product value streams to enhance operational efficiency. Work on a wide variety of compelling high-impact projects, including client segmentation, agent productivity trends, client purchasing behavior, and various attribution analyses. Own the development of high-advanced data pipelines to enrich client, product, and agent datasets for high-profile analyses. Formulate strategic solutions utilizing data programming languages, predictive artificial intelligence (AI), generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), pipeline, and visualization tools. Partner closely with business teams to formulate and execute business strategies that align with the company's Foundational Insurance Business (FIB) goals. Assist value stream leaders to understand the power of GenAI by explaining technical features, design architectures, building AI-powered insights, and problem-solving potential roadblocks. Create and maintain advanced data pipelines that support Agile "what if" analyses for stakeholders. Serve as a team ambassador at the enterprise-level and collaborate with peer analytics teams to deliver cross-department initiatives. Manage junior team members and lead key projects around agent and client experience. Work with Dremio, Trifacta, Ambari, and Toad innovative data analytics tools to independently develop complex queries. Develop predictive models using advanced forecasting techniques to enhance operations. Partner with internal customers to understand business initiatives and provide analytical support. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) to junior and senior analysts concerning data visualization, SQL, R, and Python and serves as the SME for enterprise datasets. Education & Experience Requirements: Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Analytics, Computer Science or related quantitative field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 1 year of experience as a Senior Associate or related occupation performing predictive analytics using large and complex datasets within the financial services, healthcare or insurance industry. Employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Analytics, Computer Science or related quantitative field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 3 years of experience as a Senior Associate or related occupation performing predictive analytics using large and complex datasets within the financial services, healthcare or insurance industry. Experience must include 1 year in each of the following skills: Building predictive generative natural language processing (NLP) modular data pipelines and solutions using R or Python for operational process improvements or improved analyses capabilities; Performing exploratory data analysis and building data transformation pipelines using Python, R, SQL, and PySpark data programming languages and R Markdown, Tableau, and Jupyter Notebook visualization tools, and providing analytical recommendations or "what if" analysis; Enhancing external data capabilities using APIs to enable more robust analytics and improve model performance using Python or R libraries for model optimization and tuning; Analyzing one (1) or more of the following relationship datasets: client, product, agent, patient, doctor, manager, employee, account or sales representative using R, Python, SQL, and Tableau to inform corporate strategy and advance foundational business goals.
