Position Title: RAW Production Associate Wage: $17.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday, OT on Saturday as Needed QPS Employment Group has an opportunity available for a RAW Production Associate at a company in Schofield, WI. RAW Production Associate Responsibilities: - Follows daily production schedule and achieves specified goals - Loads meat into machine(s) and/or combos and/or v-mags using appropriate tools and techniques - Setups and operates grinder, mixing, and packaging machinery - Adds ingredients to batch - Loads meat racks, pushing meat trucks from one area to another, visually monitoring meat for quality - Ensure products are correctly labeled and identified for proper disposition - Ensures product conforms to specifications - Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, along with company pre-requisite programs, Standard Operating, Procedures (SOP's), and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP's) - Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area - Ensures safety devices are installed and working properly - Prevents and minimizes rework and/or in-edibles - Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary Requirements For RAW Production Associate: - Stand, walk, reach, bend, 50-100% of shift - Lift up to 10-25lb occasionally and up to 50-100lbs rarely - Push/pull up to 50-75lbs. - Must be able to use hands repetitively - Must be able to work in 35-40 degrees environments - Ability to tolerate the smell of raw meat, cheese, and various spices - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Able to be flexible and responsive to changing production needs - Knowledgeable on basic mathematical skills - Must be able to follow verbal and written directions QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
