THE JOB:
The Assistant General Manager helps the General Manager run the restaurant and guide the managers and service team. They work together to make sure the team hits their goals, both in how the restaurant runs and how much money it makes. This includes helping staff with training, scheduling, and checking their performance. They also make sure the place is clean, safe, and running smoothly, while keeping guests happy and giving them a great experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Help run the restaurant smoothly every day - that means keeping an eye on the budget, staff scheduling, managing supplies, and making sure guests have a great experience.
• Support the General Manager with planning and hitting business goals like sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Be involved in hiring, training, and supporting the staff. Make sure everyone works well together, feels valued, and follows company rules and laws.
• Walking property F&B outlets daily, meeting with Senior Managers to transfer duties

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years' experience or more than 6 years experience relevant experience
