We are currently hiring a TIG Welder for our manufacturing team in Atlanta, Georgia. We're looking for someone experienced in welding, especially TIG, who takes pride in precision and quality. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in producing high-quality metal components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weld stainless steel and other metals using TIG techniques to meet quality standards.

  • Prepare materials and set up equipment for each job.

  • Inspect welds for accuracy, cleanliness, and strength.

  • Read blueprints and follow welding symbols.

  • Follow all safety rules and use required protective equipment.

  • Keep welding tools and equipment in good working condition.

  • Work with the production team to meet deadlines and improve workflows.

  • Suggest improvements to make processes more efficient.

  • Help test new welding methods when needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in welding.

  • Problem-solving skills for welding issues.

  • Ability to work well with others in a team.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.

  • Good communication with team leads and coworkers.

  • Able to read ASME welding procedures and blueprints.

  • Comfortable using hand tools and shop equipment safely.

  • Basic computer skills.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.

  • 3+ years of TIG welding experience, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Able to read blueprints and use various welding methods (TIG, MIG, Stick).

  • Welding certification is a plus but not required.

  • Physically able to stand, lift, and work in factory conditions.

  • Must be able to handle equipment safely.
