Description

At BlueHalo, we don't test to check a box-we test to guarantee mission success. From secure environments to complex enterprise systems, our testers sit side-by-side with developers and systems engineers to ensure every feature, every update, and every release meets the highest standard.

We're growing our test team and we need someone ready to take ownership of automated testing in Agile DevOps pipelines. If you're skilled with Selenium, Python, and CI/CD frameworks-and can design testing strategies from scratch-this is where your talent meets mission.

We're looking for a Test Engineer who knows how to take a requirement and break it into test completion criteria, automate where it matters, and help us uncover the unexpected.

You like to do this:

  • Translate complex software requirements into test plans and automation

  • Build, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks using Python and Selenium

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure end-to-end coverage in CI/CD pipelines

  • Document defects, perform regression tests, and support system integration

  • Operate across Linux, Windows, and virtualized testing environments

You are required to have this:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience

  • Strong experience with Selenium, Python, GitLab, JIRA, and Confluence

  • Hands-on testing in Agile environments with CI/CD integration

  • Ability to troubleshoot and automate across the UI and backend

  • An active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Bonus if you bring:

  • Familiarity with TestLink

  • Background in development or system testing

  • Experience writing tests for Java or C++ applications
