The Business Development Lead Analyst (Analyst) will support NGV's efforts to capitalize on the growing opportunity for investment in competitive transmission in ISOs and RTOs across the US by conducting market research, developing insights, and leading analyses to support the origination, development, and delivery of competitive transmission projects in the MISO region. This role will lead the team's analysis of the competitive landscape, market/policy research, and energy market analysis to support project valuation, strategic decision making, and risk evaluation to grow the pipeline of competitive transmission opportunities in MISO. The analyst will work closely with the Business Development Manager to evaluate opportunities for investment, identify strategic partners, develop competitive bids, and coordinate efforts across internal teams to ensure implementation of NGV's strategy to enhance its position in the market. The Analyst will be self-directed, have a track record of collaborating across business functions, experience preparing materials for senior executives, the ability to understand how to create value and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability and possess knowledge of strategy refinement toolkits.
