Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Semiconductor Process Technician to join our client on a year long contract opportunity located in Morrisville NC. First Shift Mon-Fri 10AM - 6PM $30-33/hr. payrate Possible temp to hire Key Responsibilities: Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain semiconductor processing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Process Monitoring: Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to ensure consistency and quality in semiconductor production. Sample Handling: Handle delicate, small samples with precision and care, adhering to strict cleanroom protocols. Quality Control: Perform inspections of semiconductor devices using microscopic equipment to ensure compliance with specifications. Documentation: Document process results, discrepancies, and actions taken for quality control and analysis. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, collaborating with engineers and technicians to improve processing techniques. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment operation.
