Overview

The Technical QA Analyst is knowledgeable in both the configuration and testing of our cloud based omni and multi-channel healthcare engagement solutions and responsible for their release into our production environment. This is done through proprietary tools that are integrated with Amazon Web Services, third party vendors, and conventional code languages.

This role is responsible for contributing towards the daily release of omni-channel solutions implementations per the client agreed scheduled dates and times, by partnering with multiple teams across the enterprise to ensure deliveries are completed daily. In this role you will work alongside team members within the Consumer Engagement teams to ensure the production release of bilingual multichannel solutions at different levels of program, outreach, and output report configurations are successfully promoted within the defined timelines, by performing the peer review of bilingual omni-channel solutions within the testing environment for programs, outreaches, and their respective reporting configurations prior to their production release. Also, performing at times reporting field live tests on complex reports before being sent to clients.

Responsibilities

    Responsible for verifying accuracy on program, outreach and reporting configurations in the testing environment and after being tested by the Quality Control department.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Developers, Quality Control, PM, Network Operations and Engineering teams on production release plans for a given Program, Outreach and/or report configuration to ensure they're performed at the right date and at the right time without any known open bug/issue.
  • Publish the Solution releases into the production environment with the right version per the set scheduled date and time.
  • Collaborating with Engineering teams for their latest releases into the production environment.
  • Collaborate with the Developers and Quality Control teams for the latest changes implemented on previously released solutions.
  • Be able to understand the scope of the overall release and ensure that the quality is being met based on the configurations made and test cases performed.
  • Responsible for performing data reporting accuracy and integrations.
  • Participate in the release of new tools.
  • Document any processes and tools used within the Release team.
  • Provide daily update and status of Release tasks to the Release manager.
  • Manage risks and resolve any issues that affect the release scope and/or schedule.
  • Alert/notify the lead or manager for any risks that may affect the release scope and/or schedule.
  • Provide coverage based on business needs for inter-departmental tasks within the Solutions Release department.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. Required

Qualifications

  • Expert level of analytical judgment.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy, FCC, and Security rules.

  • Ability to work independently to meet objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in either computer science or management information systems or a related field is
  • 3 years of experience in code/software releases or quality control
  • Experience with Jscript, XML and database technologies.
  • 1-2+ years' experience with relational databases, MySQL, CSS, XML and HTML is a plus
  • Ability to understand the code and configurations of omni-channel outreach programs and solutions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and expert with Microsoft Excel
  • Evaluating Data mapping and/or data analysis experience is a plus.
  • Cloud based knowledge a plus.
  • Education and/or experience in linguistics, phonetics in English and/or foreign languages is a plus.
  • Atlassian JIRA and Confluence experience is required.
  • Salesforce experience is required.
  • Data Management Collection experience is a plus.
  • Healthcare industry exposure is a plus.
  • Able to quickly learn proprietary software tools and technologies.
  • Ability to retain knowledge that is learned on the job.
  • Able to work in an intensive operational and very fast paced environment.
  • Personal characteristics that demonstrate initiative and focus on achievement/results.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
