We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our client's finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of managing accounts, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely collections-all while maintaining strong client relationships and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy. Pay: $23.50/hr. What You'll Do: Monitor assigned accounts and follow up with clients on unresolved or overdue invoices Communicate with clients via email, phone, and mail to ensure prompt payments Enter and manage invoices using platforms like SAP, Ariba, OpenInvoice, and others Develop and implement effective repayment plans Maintain accurate customer records and prepare monthly statements Provide regular status updates to the Corporate Controller and CFO Research billing issues and implement practical collection techniques Process credit card payments and support invoice distribution What We're Looking For: Bachelors or Associates or 5-7 years progressing AR experience Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a deadline-driven environment Experience in the oilfield services industry (preferred), especially with fixed assets, rentals, and inventory sales Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency We have tons of perks!
