Essential Tasks: Lift product weighing up to 25lbs. Key in units into company shop floor system to be able to send through the refurbishment process. Will be trained to understand the different requirements of customers; the packing list and receiving forms; and any type of discrepancies. Identify discrepancies and how to report them to the processing departments in customer service. Fill out the processing paperwork for the customer service department.
