The Manager, Corporate Applications will lead the development and support of enterprise-wide corporate applications, including custom-built solutions and third-party platforms like UKG Dimensions. This role will be responsible for managing application development teams, ensuring system reliability, and aligning technology with business needs. Requires a strong background in application development, team leadership, and enterprise software management.



Responsibilities

    Lead the design, development, and maintenance of custom applications to support corporate functions such as HR, Finance, and Operations.
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of third-party applications, including UKG Dimensions and other corporate platforms.
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability by following best practices and governance policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application capabilities and integrations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, analysts, and application administrators.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and Agile development practices.
  • Work closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to align applications with company goals.
  • Define and execute the corporate applications roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Implement best practices for software development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Lead data integration efforts across corporate applications, including ERP, HRIS, and financial systems.
  • Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support integrations between UKG Dimensions and HRIS, Payroll, and Finance systems.
  • Ensure applications comply with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and mitigate application risks, including system downtime, data integrity, and performance issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships and software licensing agreements.


Qualifications

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree ; Major: Computer Science, Computer Engineering
  • Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise application management, software development, or IT leadership.
  • Strong expertise in custom application development (Python, .NET, Java, or similar).
  • Experience managing or supporting UKG Dimensions (or similar workforce management solutions).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP, HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
