Job Title: Data Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience in Snowflake and IICS with a strong background in the Payer domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Data engineer will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions using Snowflake and IICS.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data models and data integration processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in the Payer domain to ensure solutions meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and enforce data architecture standards and best practices.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for performance and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in data architecture and integration techniques.
  • Conduct regular reviews of data architecture to identify and address potential issues.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and the Payer domain.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues.
  • Document data architecture and integration processes for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Snowflake and IICS.
  • Must have a strong background in the Payer domain.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Nice to have experience with other data integration tools.
  • Nice to have knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
  • Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions.
  • Should be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Certifications Required

Snowflake Certification Informatica IICS Certification
