Overview Join our award-winning Sales and Catering team and help create exceptional, memorable events in a boutique luxury setting! The Conference Services Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, ensuring seamless coordination of every aspect of meetings and events - from guestrooms and catering to A/V and room setup. His/Her attention to detail, proactive communication, and event management skills will ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction. This role includes a base salary and an incentive-based compensation structure. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned groups, managing every detail including:
- Guestroom blocks, rooming lists, VIP needs, amenities, and check-in logistics - Event logistics including F&B requirements, A/V, setup, transportation, decor, entertainment, and special requests - Billing, deposits, authorized signers, and final folio review - Pre- and post-conference meetings as needed Qualifications
