Position Description: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for internal software and hardware systems. Perform installations, configurations, maintain, and upgrade technology hardware, software, and network components. Work closely with Information Services (IS) team support optimal performance and security of company resources. Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Information Services (IS) related requests, issues, and incidents from ticket management system.
- Learn, adopt, and adhere to IS system standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Diagnose and resolve technology system problems using appropriate tools, techniques, and procedures.
- Escalate complex or urgent technology issues to IS supervisor.
- Document IS system support activities and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in routine system maintenance and monitor and maintain IS equipment, software, and network for performance and security.
- Perform regular backups and restores of IS data and applications, as directed.
- Install, configure, test, and update IS hardware, software, and network components, as directed.
- Assist in activities related to implementing and maintaining security standards across IS platforms.
- Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (or in pursuit of) from accredited degree program in Computer Science, Information Services, Engineering, or related field of study, and minimum of 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Basic understanding of system and/or cloud architectures to create and support solutions that meet business and technical requirements
- Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems and applications
- Familiar with Information Technology (IT) hardware, software, and network technologies and standards
- Familiar with common IT protocols and tools such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SSH, FTP
- Ability to problem solve and develop technical solutions
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Approachable and customer service-oriented with proactive and professional attitude to interact with employees across organizational levels and management
- Ability to apply active listening skills to understand others' needs and develop documentation with clear written communications
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, follow tasks through to completion and with quality, and adhere to deadlines
- Basic knowledge of project, program, and continuous improvement management principles
- Quick learner to adopt process and technology enhancements and foster curiosity for ongoing learning and application
- Work independently with supervision and in collaborative team environment
- Limited travel and flexible to work shifts as needed
