What you'll be doing...

Develop and enable personalized communication strategies across multiple channels to increase customers engagement and experience; socialize current and future state of personalization strategies, roadmap and metrics across the organization; stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing personalization, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive business results; support enablement of recommendation engine and leverage behavioral triggers in partnership with communications teams and data science; collaborate across functional teams to implement personalization technologies and solutions; collaborate through the implementation and optimization of marketing automation platforms and personalization tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes; help and provide insights for backlog and prioritization; define, document and socialize personalization tactics ways of working and process mapping; inform and influence key stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization; utilize data analytics and customer insights to identify segmentation opportunities and personalize content based on demographics, behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages; identify and support best in class recommendation of engine models and behavioral triggers, including new technology that drive scale and reliability of personalization tactics; liaise with the Data Science Team to develop and optimize models that help segment and guide customers to best experiences and actions; collaborate with Data Science on ongoing reporting and measuring of tactics impact on business (define key metrics and dashboard).

What we're looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a UX (User Experience) or Accessibility Designer, UX Researcher/Tech Lead, Programmer Analyst, Systems Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years in data analysis using SQL. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 4 years of experience in the above. Experience therein to also include 3 years with Java and JavaScript; and 2 years with Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Teradata, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Slides, and Sheets), Jira/Asana, and Pega Real-Time Decisioning or qualitative methods in case/process management. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
