Our Company Join Adobe Design in shaping the future of Enterprise AI tools within Experience Cloud. We are currently hiring a Senior Designer who will be at the forefront of designing the next generation of experiences for enterprise users. We are looking for a hard-working designer interested in creating new and exciting experiences for and with ground-breaking AI technology. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for and will have impact on defining the possibilities within this innovative space! The ideal candidate should have expertise and passion in enterprise design experiences dedicated to AI technology. Collaboration skills and the ability to champion innovative experiences in enterprise are also essential.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
