Responsibilities Job Summary The MS365 Portfolio Manager develops and strategically manages the M365 service portfolio. This role ensures the proper implementation of major M365 changes and oversee onboarding and implementation of new products and services needed\requested. They evaluate product solutions for the business while collaborating with various teams to meet business requirements. This role is a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft specialist with a progressive technical background. They will ensure alignment with business objectives while driving adoption across the enterprise. Will work with the Enterprise Architect team for optimization of Microsoft 365 tools with an initial focus on Azure, M365 Chat\ChatGPT, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive strategies. This role involves consulting with the business and supporting the technical team while monitoring onboarding activities of the portfolio. They will be collaborating with various stakeholders (IT, Business & End-User) to understand their functional requirements to determine the appropriate fit of tools.
Qualifications Experience 10 years Experience championing Microsoft 365 Infrastructure & Applications best practices across an enterprise organization including developing strategies for Azure, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive and others as needed. Strong understanding of governance, security, and policy development within the Microsoft 365 environment. Required |
