Primary Purpose The Senior General Material Supervisor plays a critical role in managing inventory levels, warehouse operations, logistics, trucking, and SAP maintenance to support the Northern Region's locomotive and railcar operations within the Enterprise Resources organization. This role is essential to ensuring seamless collaboration between Mechanical, Sourcing, and other Enterprise Resources pillars, enabling optimal inventory practices to meet operational needs while reducing the number of locomotives and railcars held for materials. The incumbent must exhibit strong analytical abilities, organizational management and leadership skills, and foster a transformational mindset within the team to drive continuous improvement.
