The Sales Project Lead role is responsible for developing, communicating, executing, and owning flexible packaging improvement projects between TC and major customers. This position will require collaboration with our sales, customer service, R&D, and alignment with those groups at TC's customer. It will include such objectives as creatively developing technical ideas and processes to remove cost from the supply chain, effectively communicating the benefits of these projects to internal and external stakeholders and executing these projects through formal documentation and project management practices. In addition, this candidate will help lead TC teams toward solving general engineering type projects that are initiated by the customer.

- Build relationships with key customer contacts.

- Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders involved in projects.
- Trouble shoot and bring resolution to challenges.
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Lead on-site meetings with customers.
- Recommend customer process improvements.
- Facilitate and drive team projects towards solutions and execution.
- Support customer continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support material qualification trials at customer.

- Bachelor's degree, engineering/technical background.
- Able to lead a cross-functional team consisting of both customers and colleagues.
- Solution-oriented thinking to identify, prepare, and execute technical projects.
- Ability to think critically and problem solve.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with firm deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to customer manufacturing facilities and offices.
