Job Duties: Associate, Product Management with Goldman Sachs Wealth Services, L.P in New York, New York. Leverage ETL tools to generate and provide data driven insights to advisors as well as automate manual operational processes via Tableau dashboards and Alteryx reports. Leverage SQL to pull revenue reporting data from various sources and summarize for strategic leadership reporting. Review and develop recommendations for enhancing generated reports and integrating them into strategic systems (i.e. Salesforce) for real-time reporting and updates. Collaborate with Advisors, Technology teams, Design, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and others to align on user needs and product strategy. Continuously analyze data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities. Actively manage the product backlog and continuously account for emerging priorities. Articulate product features and requirements to different audiences (from development teams to program leadership). Define and develop customer journeys. Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall advisor and customer experience. Drive and prepare ROI driven business cases. Develop products by analyzing market research and client or advisor insights, aligning on the vision, and executing. Inform product decisions through analysis, user research, and experimentation. Ensure high-quality user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI designer. Collaborate with users and stakeholders to develop and communicate product roadmaps. Represent Product Team in client engagements. Stay close to industry trends and apply innovative concepts to the product as appropriate.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: utilizing Business Intelligence and ETL Tools (Tableau, Alteryx, SQL) to summarize and report business and operational insights to leadership; review existing processes and develop recommendations to automate reporting and operational workflows; and working in financial services industry with exposure to internal financial reporting. Prior experience must include one (1) year with the following: extrapolating business needs given a problem statement and a base understanding of the capabilities of available technologies to inform recommended solutions and prioritization; leveraging research, critical thinking, collaboration and problem-solving skills to identify solutions that fit user needs; creating alignment across the business and develop recommendations that result in high return on investment; collating user feedback through intake process and prioritizing in backlog; working with business to define product requirements and preparing for tech review and implementation; and presenting recommended solutions to leadership and stakeholders for awareness and feedback.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $130,000/year - $145,000/year.
