Job Description
As an ERP Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to users with ERP processes, data corrections, and troubleshooting. Your position will involve working with relational databases, cleaning and maintaining data integrity, generating reports in Excel, and developing dashboards to support business decision-making. Additionally, you will play a key role in the transition to a new ERP system.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to ERP users by assisting with processes, troubleshooting, and data corrections.
- Maintain and clean the ERP database to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and generate reports using Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and data visualizations.
- Create dashboards to help visualize key business metrics and support decision-making.
- Utilize basic SQL skills to query the database and extract relevant data.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve ERP workflows and processes.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of a new ERP system.
- Document processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for ERP users.
- Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of material handling or the manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required.
- Exposure to ERP systems (any platform) is beneficial.
