To learn more visit https://www.doctorshosplaredo.com Job Summary: Under the general direction of the food service supervisor, staff member is responsible for all cash handling and cash sales deposits. Oversees cafeteria staff in overall excellent customer service and cafeteria cleanliness following HACCP guidelines. Job Functions: 1.Opens and closes cafeteria according to operational hours. Operates cash register according to policy standards 2.Performs restocking of cafeteria food and supplies for customer service. 3.Completes sales transaction using current prices and updates daily menu. 4.Completes daily sales report and verifies and deposits cash deposit with supervisor. 5.Supervises the operation of cafeteria service, sanitation and cleaning duties of cafeteria staff.
