Position Summary
The Director of Products & Services is responsible for leading the portfolio strategy for the Offshore Projects Group business segment. This role will manage all aspects of the product and service line strategy, New Product Development (NPD), geographical expansion and vessel fleet planning and be accountable for achieving the desired outcomes in the OPG strategic vision & roadmap. Maturing Oceaneering's return on investment in this industry changing initiative and any future energy initiatives. Success will require:
- Creation and execution of business strategy.
- Vision alignment and development of new, transformative products & solutions.
- Integration of existing products into the strategy & execution. Ability to navigate, engage and enable inter-segment business opportunities.
- Establishing go-to-market strategy & business development activities.
- Developing product roadmaps and strategies as part of the Long Range Planning efforts.
Duties And Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL:
- Lead, execute and continually refine the OPG Products & Services strategic roadmap.
- Lead and grow the geographical expansion strategy.
- Transform the Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair service line with asset light inspection & maintenance solutions to drive margin expansion and diversify markets served.
- Develop next generation subsea well intervention & P&A technologies.
- Be the driver of problem solving and decisive decision making.
- Ensure profitable execution of Oceaneering investment in NPD and next generation technologies.
- Align cross-segment product roadmaps and efforts to improve Oceaneering group growth.
- Establish strategic partners to enable organic growth. Review market and opportunities for inorganic M&A opportunities.
- Empower teams to understand deliverables and to take responsibility for delivery of those goals.
- Inform the executive team of progress, signposts, roadblocks, and changes to plan to ensure rapid decision making.
- Refine and improve the strategy and execution based on market outlook and Voice of Customer (VOC).
- Lead by example and generate a culture of energy, passion and delivery.
- Utilize professional network to grow the customer base.
- Utilize professional network to partner with key players for channel sales and dual value creation.
- Engagement with customer base and target market to enable credible communication of the value proposition.

Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the offshore energy industry.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in working with technologies used in subsea development, IMR, and intervention activities.
- Strong global network at all levels across the industry; Ability to present to Sr Leadership and drive cross-segment engagement.
DESIRED:

Additional Information
This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
