POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the front-end recruitment lifecycle, from posting positions, sourcing and attracting top talent, phone screening candidates, coordinating hiring manager interviews and obtaining assessment results. You will collaborate with recruiters to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to fill positions efficiently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  1. Collaborates closely with Recruiters and hiring managers (as needed) to understand their needs and reviews recruitment metrics to prioritize tasks accordingly.
  2. Oversees the recruitment for the Internal Resident Internship program by partnering with the Campus Recruiter and Talent Development Specialist to effectively recruit, screen, and hire candidates for these positions.
  3. Creates and manages job postings in the applicant tracking system (UKG), ensuring postings are compliant with company, federal, and state requirements.
  4. Sources passive candidates through partnering with Communications to post on social media platforms, sourcing resume databases, attending job fairs, and verifying referrals are eligible for an internal transfer or promotion. Builds and maintains a database of potential candidates for current and future openings and implements strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  5. Administers pre-hire assessments and skills tests, then provides results to recruiters and/or hiring managers.
  6. Schedules interviews by coordinating calendars and collaborating with hiring managers and/or their assistants.
  7. Communicates timely with candidates and hiring teams to provide updates and gather feedback and provides candidates with information regarding the interview process and any necessary preparation.
  8. Maintains and updates candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (UKG).
  9. Updates Recruitment Strategy document through researching and testing current and potential recruitment and sourcing tools and resources, then provides recommendations.
  10. Participates in regular team meetings and contributes to the overall recruitment strategy through identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance the recruitment experience.
  11. Assists with Talent Acquisition Coordinator tasks when needed; assists the Human Resources department in completion of special projects as directed by management.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Two (2) year technical degree in related area or combinations of education and experience.
  • One (1) year of experience in recruitment or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proven experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


PAY: $23-$27/hour
