Senior Financial Analyst Category: Information Technology Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-384728 Senior Financial Analyst needed for a 12-month, Onsite Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Kansas City, MO. The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: Pay rate: $46 - $62/Hr. Client will Not accept H1's or Sponsor. Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Accounting/Finance department with tasks related to ERP transformation projects, system implementations, documentation of processes, and troubleshooting. This is a multi-functional role spanning both finance and technology. What You Need to Bring to the Table/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting systems Strong collaboration and communication skills ERP systems implementation experience highly preferred Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud experience preferred SQL and/or business analysis background is a plus Strong organizational skills and independent problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills What You'll Be Doing/ Key Responsibilities: Perform accounting tasks or support finance teams with project deliverables Document current and future-state accounting/finance processes Serve as a liaison between finance and IT, bridging technical and functional needs Support testing by developing and executing test scripts Create and deliver training materials to end-users Support functional areas including: General ledger, AR/AP, payroll, cash management Project billing, forecasting, costing, fixed assets Expense reports, international subsidiaries Opportunity is Calling, Apply Now!
