About the role:
As a Business Analyst, you'll act as the liaison for our Remittance operations staff to our development and implementations teams. You'll work as part of a team in the operations, you must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
Schedule:

M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm CST on site in Milwaukee

What you will be doing:
* Providing technical support and expertise for Lockbox systems and processes
* Write and execute test scripts for operational testing of applications and process improvement projects.
* Communicate operational needs and requirements to implementation and development partners.

*Collaborate with other team members on special projects or high impact issues.

What you will need:
* Knowledge of basic lockbox principles and operational procedures.
* The ability to effectively convey information and ideas, both verbally and in writing, and to actively listen and understand others
* A bachelor's in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.
