Description IT Architecture Design and Management * Design and manage comprehensive IT architecture solutions across manufacturing plants, including IT-OT systems, infrastructure, security, shopfloor connectivity, and enterprise integration. * Align manufacturing IT architecture with the overall organizational IT strategy in collaboration with the Enterprise Architect. * Develop and maintain documentation for current and future state architecture. Innovation and Digital Transformation * Lead digital manufacturing initiatives focusing on IIoT, Industry 4.0, and AI/ML architecture and solutions. * Lead proof of concepts for technology evaluation and vendor selection. * Work directly with senior executives and SMEs to translate business requirements into architectural solutions. * Governance and Stakeholder Coordination * Coordinate cross-domain manufacturing IT initiatives and resolve inter-project architectural challenges. * Drive Manufacturing IT governance with key stakeholders. Skills Enterprise System Integration, virtualization, zachman framework, MES Systems, Azure, aws Top Skills Details Enterprise System Integration,virtualization,zachman framework,MES Systems Additional Skills & Qualifications Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred * 7+ year as Manufacturing IT Architect with 10+ years manufacturing systems experience. * 5+ years implementing SCADA & PLC platforms. Skills And Abilities * Proven experience with IT-OT Integration, OT-Cybersecurity, and IIoT implementations. * Experience integrating MES & ERP systems. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman). * Experience working with C-level executives and presenting business cases. * Expertise in application modernization and digital transformation for manufacturing. * Working knowledge of EA tools (System Architect, Troux, etc.). * Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization. * Strong understanding of manufacturing business domains, standards, and regulations. * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive consensus in architecture decisions and thrive in fast-paced environments. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $145000.00 - $160000.00/yr. The company will provide a benefits package.
