Process Optimization & Analytics * Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to streamline product development processes. * Optimize New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Management (ECM) workflows. * Implement PLM-driven solutions to improve product quality and accelerate time-to-market. * Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process optimization strategies. * Ensure PLM systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA, APQP). * Implement systems for product traceability, documentation, and compliance reporting. Technical Leadership * Lead PLM projects from requirements gathering through implementation and stabilization. * Serve as the primary technical authority and subject matter expert for PLM across the organization. * Act as key liaison between engineering, IT, and manufacturing to align PLM strategies with business needs. * Manage relationships with PLM vendors and consultants during system implementations. * Provide training and support to maximize user adoption and system effectiveness. Skills And Abilities Demonstrated expertise with major PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA). Experience leading system integration projects connecting PLM with enterprise applications. Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes. Advanced knowledge of PLM system architecture and implementation methodologies. Expertise in BOM management, change management, and document control processes. Experience with CAD software integration (CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks). Understanding of data migration, validation, and integrity in PLM environments. Familiarity with API integrations and manufacturing data models. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management. Strong project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives. Analytical thinking with a systematic approach to solving complex problems. Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. Demonstrated change management skills and ability to drive organizational adoption. Collaborative leadership style with experience building partnerships across departments. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
