Position Location: 5700 Dot Com Ct. Unit 1000 Oviedo, FL 32765

Position Schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:3am-2:30pm with ability to work outside of standard business hours as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Oversight and Leads Clerk/Tech Line Level Positions in Fulfillment (Approximately 20 direct reports)
  • Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
  • Impact of work is most often at the team level
  • Supervises a team of Pharm Techs/Clerks
  • Owns output at task level
  • Work is generally limited to own function
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
  • Coordinates work activities with other supervisors
  • Develops plans to meet short-term objectives
  • Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan
  • Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external)
  • Analyzes and investigates
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
  • Investigates non- standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
  • Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
  • Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:



  • Pharmacy Technician state license or capable of attaining licensure within 6 months of employment
  • 1+ years of previous healthcare experience
  • Intermediate level of experience with leading teams of 10 or greater and comfortable with regular/daily employee interactions and coaching
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with pharmacy automation
  • Ability to work onsite at 5700 Dot Com Ct. Unit 1000 Oviedo, FL 32765
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:3am-2:30pm with ability to work outside of standard business hours as needed
  • Must be 18 years of age or older


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Lean Six Sigma experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite



The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
