We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Production Control Analyst to join our team in Bloomfield, CT. The Production Control Analyst will coordinate product flow from product release throughout the Value Stream to shipping in order to meet manufacturing and customer requirements. Plans and establishes production schedules to meet customer demands. Develops production schedules in accordance with sales forecast, plant and employee capacity, and new business opportunities. Kaman Specialty Bearings & Engineered Products, a division of Kaman Corporation, is a leader in the design and manufacture of high technology mechanical products used in aviation, marine, hydropower and other industrial applications. Responsibilities:
Requirement/Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience: 1-3 years in Production Control in a manufacturing environment or related experience. Requires a strong understanding of the production process and be able to have experience with generating and maintaining effective daily and weekly schedules. Work is highly independent.
