Receiving & Maintenance Coordinator - Grafton, WI

If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for a Receiving & Maintenance Coordinator at our Grafton, WI facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter inbound material receipts, certs, and PO's into the system
• Process and distribute incoming small package deliveries from UPS, FedEx and Amazon
• Assists maintenance with scheduling, parts requisition and reordering
• Limble CMMS inputs and report generation
• Checks in all delivery drivers and signs off on all delivered materials
• Labels and re-labels coils and materials for inventory
• Accurately documents all shipping & receiving activities and all physical inventory movements
• Completes correct computer entries for all inventory transactions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working within an inventory management system, shipping, receiving or warehouse role.
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Knowledge of ERP and Excel preferred
