The UHS Behavioral Health Department is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for the Executive VP and President - Behavioral Health (BH).

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serve in the lead administrative role for the BH division, overseeing activities that require coordination across company divisions and operations
  • Performs administrative duties of a highly confidential nature for the EVP/President BH Division. Oversees the general routine of EVP/President BH's office and records
  • Collect, assemble and summarize organization information from identified sources as directed. Investigate and reconcile issues, prepare reports and presentations
  • Receive/relay telephone and electronic mail messages from internal and external sources. Manage the time/interaction with internal and external sources. Manage and maintains the EVP/President BH calendar
  • Initiate correspondence as requested
  • Create and compile executive meeting minutes
  • Coordinate administrative and logistical details for BH leadership meetings
  • Manage travel and expense reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years experience in executive level support.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel)
  • Demonstrated strengths in staff coordination, project management and meeting planning
  • Knowledge of basic IT access, reporting and processing procedures for company deployed applications
  • Experience in organizing and cataloging digital files
  • Minimal travel as necessary
