We are looking for an Production Manager to join our team! In this position you will have a hand in the process of building some of the most elegant large-scale buildings across the world.

Function:

The Production Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and managing all aspects of the production department to ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and services. This role requires a strategic leader committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, safety, and team development.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and inspire teams by overseeing recruitment, performance management, coaching, training, and ongoing employee development to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. Participate in initiatives and committees to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.

2. Financial & Strategic Oversight

  • Drive financial accountability through effective budgeting and cost control while maintaining high standards for productivity and quality. Lead strategic initiatives that support future growth, setting ambitious goals aligned with long-term business objectives.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Optimize operational effectiveness by ensuring all processes, documentation, and workflows exceed internal standards and drive continuous improvement. Cultivate a clean, organized, and high-performing environment that reflects professionalism and efficiency.

4. Production Management

  • Maintain full oversight of production flow to ensure on-time, accurate, and high-quality delivery to internal and external customers. Champion process improvement and equipment upgrades to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.

5. Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Uphold high product and service quality standards through strong metrics, documentation, and quality control procedures. Promote a strong safety culture by designing, implementing, and refining safety programs with clear KPIs and team engagement.

6. Communication & Collaboration

  • Foster open communication through regular team and safety meetings and active participation in company-wide communication efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams including HR, Engineering, Maintenance, and the Plant Manager. Serve as a liaison to external customers, strengthening partnerships through clear communication and responsive service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (strongly preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in production management.
  • Proven ability to design, manage, measure, and enhance complex programs using statistical data, documentation, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent team-building, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow and enforce work instructions.
  • Reliable, full-time attendance is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel as required based on operational and customer needs.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and the promotion of a positive company image in all interactions.

Pay Range:

$90,000 - $125,000
