Are you a highly organized, detail-driven leader looking for a rewarding opportunity? Our client's expanding dental practice is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and manage financial processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and QuickBooks. We value drive, discipline, and a proactive mindset!

Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday: 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay: $25/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily office operations and financial functions, including AR, AP, and QuickBooks.
  • Maintain accurate patient accounts and financial records.
  • Supervise office staff and manage employee schedules and HR tasks.
  • Ensure positive patient relations and support clinical teams as needed.
  • Implement office policies, maintain compliance, and coordinate office inventory and marketing initiatives.




Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of office management experience (dental office experience a plus).
  • Strong background in AR, AP, and QuickBooks.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • A Type A, proactive personality with a passion for structure and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and lead a team effectively.
