We're looking for an Onsite Team Lead to join our client's dynamic, fast-paced environment and support both team members and customers with excellence. About the Role: As an Onsite Team Lead, you will oversee shift operations, ensure smooth scheduling, assist new team members, and help maintain production and quality standards-all while fostering a positive and supportive environment. Schedules Available: 1st shift: 5:30am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday) 2nd shift: 4:30pm - 2:30am (Monday - Thursday) Weekend Day shift: 5:00am - 5:00pm (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Weekend Night shift: 5:00pm - 5:00am (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Pay rate: $19 - $22/hr. Key Responsibilities: Schedule workers to meet staffing needs and manage shift start processes Report attendance and operational updates to both internal teams and customers Provide on-the-job training to new hires as needed Provide guidance and support to coworkers on production tasks Identify challenges and escalate issues to management Maintain a strong focus on work quality and compliance with safety standards Complete daily reports and maintain clear, consistent communication Deliver training and additional support as needed Qualifications: One year of related experience preferred Exceptional teamwork and communication skills A strong understanding of department/production operations Ability to stay focused, meet production goals, and maintain high quality under pressure Excellent computer literacy and comfort with reporting tools A passion for working in a high-energy, collaborative environment Enjoy a range of employee benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) plans, weekly pay, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, and more!
