Your Tasks:

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting activities for openings throughout North America. Operating with a high level of independence, this role partners directly with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified, diverse, and high-caliber candidates. The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in shaping the candidate experience and supporting the ongoing success of our talent acquisition function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies and ensure timely, successful hires across a variety of roles and departments.
  • Proactively source and attract top-tier candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Target recruiting strategies aligned with Affirmative Action Plan goals and diversity outreach initiatives.
  • Draft and publish engaging job postings that reflect the role and attract quality applicants.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and lead initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview logistics (remote and onsite), ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to monitor sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant flow and ensure compliance with EEO, AAP, and company policies.
  • Oversee pre-employment processes including assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Prepare and extend competitive offers in collaboration with hiring teams and TA leadership.
  • Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and internal collaboration.
  • Provide HR team support as needed and contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, HR or related field; A minimum of 5 years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment; Or a combination of education and experience.
  • Candidates with previous experience in biotech/biopharma environments are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, recruiting metrics, and sourcing tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a solutions-focused mindset.

Work Environment:

This job is performed in a temperature controlled, handicap-accessible facility without exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Generally, this job is performed in an office environment. This job may require travel, as needed.

The anticipated base salary has been established at $106,000-$143,000/year. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or car allowance.
