Job Description Reporting to the Regional Manager for Software Controls, the Business Leader is a highly critical and visible role. Your territory will cover Pennsylvania, Maryland & West Virginia - with travel up to 50%. You will be based in one of these locations and work remotely. Business Unit Leaders are a commercial & technical resource for a segment or portion of Rockwell Automation portfolio (Software & Control). You will maximize and manage the sales of their portfolio within an assigned geography (Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia mainly) by supporting sales activities, launching new products, ensuring RA Sales and channel to market product competency, providing commercial program support, and marketing activities. You will advise on proposals, pricing, and sales pursuit strategies and provide department feedback on product/service gaps and development needs for their assigned markets.
