Job Description ASC teams have many products transitioning to our Connected Consumer Cloud. In order to effectively coordinate the release of these capabilities, we need a team member who is excels with organization, project management and relationship management. At the same time, we're looking for talent who is motivated by the opportunity to solving business needs through their product mindset. The coordination of these efforts will be most critical over the next 6-12 months. During this time we will also develop this hire to be a Digital Product Manager by the end of this project coordination timeline.In support of the C3 and Amazon Connect platforms, the role plays a critical role within the Digital Product Teams (DPTs) to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale capabilities. This role serves as the right hand to the Leads and/or Principal, ensuring that cross-team dependencies are aligned, risks are proactively managed, and we stay on track to deliver capabilities as defined by the product roadmaps. The Associate DPM must be proactive in fully understanding the strategy and roadmap of the platform, ensuring that work is sequenced effectively, and potential risks or gaps are identified early. They are responsible for driving execution, coordinating across teams, and engaging decision-makers at the right moments to keep progress on track. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to monitor progress independently, and a proactive approach to resolving roadblocks and aligning teams.
