As the Activities Supervisor, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be the hotel's ambassador, delivering personalized assistance to VIP guests and Geneva Club patrons. What will you be doing? * Oversee and ensure the quality of programming. * Developing new programming and the implementation of such. * Assisting the Grand Experiences Manager in maintaining the daily. Responsibilities sheets and weekly schedules, to include Geneva Club Administrative duties. * Assist in purchasing through Birchstreet. * Supervise Coordinators to insure daily tasks are completed. * Supervise Activities Representatives to insure daily tasks are completed. * Be able to step in as a Coordinator, Team Building, or Geneva Club Butler as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned. What do you bring to the role? * Two- or Four-year college degree preferred * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous experiences in event planning, catering or recreation preferred. * Previous Supervisory Experience preferred. * Strong organizational skills. * Able to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays. * Able to stand for long periods of time. * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
