R70x Advanced Hot Melt Operator

Job Description

It is preferred that the associate have R70X experience, but it is not required.

1. Perform job responsibilities for the Advanced Operator functions in R70X
   1. Hot Melt Operator
   2. Start-up process for Hot Melt
   3. Learn how to take add on checks
   4. Dig dregs out of coater
   5. How to perform Glass changes
   6. How to cut excess Glass out
   7. Unload Glass from trucks and prep for production
   8. Drive a forklift / Pole Hyster
   9. Lock out tag out process for trailer unloading/DTM
   10. Shut down procedure for changeovers
   11. Verify recipe changes

1. Perform all quality checks associated with each job.
2. Perform DTM and PM items associated with each job.
3. Help polyurethane operator roll in felt as needed/adjust marriage rolls at Polyurethane and perform shim changes.
4. This position work schedule is straight 1st shift, M-F, 12-hours.

This job will require the associate to cross-train on other positions on R704 and R900 and work in OOF.
