We're currently looking for: Workplace Experience & Operations Program Manager will be a key member of RingCentral's Global Real Estate & Workplace leadership team. This individual will create and curate a workplace experience & operations program that leverages technology, workplace design, amenities, and services to help drive an employee experience that aligns with our culture and purpose - making RingCentral an amazing place to work, and our employees feel productive, healthy, and happy in a frictionless, efficient, and scalable environment. The Workplace Experience & Operations Program Manager will use data and leading practices to implement programs that accelerate workplace experience, operational efficiency, and scalability. Programs may consist of sustainability, food services, transportation, dynamic workspace management, reception, events, engagement, and other programs that elevate the employee workplace experience and drives operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, possess a passion for innovation and process efficiency, demonstrate a contagiously positive attitude, have exceptional communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. We are looking for a highly collaborative self-starter who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity to create a structured, programmatic approach to workplace experience & operations initiatives globally. If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $85,400 and $122,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
