Overview: FPM Group provides multi-discipline engineering, architecture, and environmental services to a wide variety of clients. Established in the 1960s, FPM has a strong history of exceptional past performance in building renovations, building systems (MEP), public works projects, infrastructure development, and environmental compliance, investigation, and remediation. FPM has an exciting opportunity in our Bohemia headquarters for a Mechanical Project Engineer position. The Mechanical Project Engineer is responsible for the design of HVAC, mechanical, heating, plumbing, and fire protection systems for new construction, renovations, additions, and system upgrades/retrofits, construction administration and project management responsibilities for clients in state, local, and federal government and private industry. Wage: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
