Role Objective Develops and implements testing of process validation for production systems. Participates in activities related to control, deviation management investigations, process improvement, and training Essential Functions and Responsibilities Creates or assists in writing validation documents, procedures, protocols, and reports to ensure compliance with the validation requirements Peer-reviews, verifies, and/or approves various validation, engineering & operations documentation Performs analysis of data and sound scientific rationale in reporting results from test executions Actively learns current validation regulatory requirements and related accepted industry practices Implements internal validation standards, best practices, and procedures Reviews and approves change control packages Provide analysis and expertise during deviation investigations Trains and educates Global Quality and Supply Chain personnel on validation requirements Education and Experience BS degree in a Science or Engineering related field with Quality/Regulatory-related work experience, or a minimum of two (2) years' manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical or life science industry. Prior experience in an FDA regulated product development or manufacturing environment required. Supervision/Coordination May coordinate problem-solving or project teams to address process issues. Physical Requirements Office Worker - Work Environment Travel Requirements Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
