ABOUT THE JOB:

The Treasury Manger is responsible for supporting the Corporate Treasury function, including cash management, debt administration, monthly reporting, M&A and other related projects. This role will report to Director of Treasury and will work with IR Analyst and Sr. Director of Treasury/IR.. They will also be expected to work jointly with accounting, finance and legal on specific cross-functions projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Cash Reporting and Analysis

AaAPrepare the daily position file for all US and Canadian entities.

AaAPrepare weekly update to the 13 week cash forecast and analysis the report to identify areas of funding overages or shortfalls.

AaAIntegrate acquisition or divestiture activity into cash reporting and forecast on an intermittent basis.

Debt

AaAPrepare and maintain Bond Interest Schedule and support. Track monthly interest and prepare documentation for periodic bond interest payments.

AaAPrepare and maintain ABL Interest Schedule and support. Track weekly draws, repayments and continuations on the ABL revolver. Record interest expense and other fees on a monthly basis. Assist in completion of program administration activities.

AaAPrepare and maintain schedule and support for the CompanyAaas Letters of Credit Program. Assist in completion of program administration activities.

AaAPrepare and maintain Interest Rate Swap schedule and support. Track monthly interest and prepare documentation for monthly interest rate swap payment.

AaAPrepare monthly borrowing base calculation. Coordinate with internal and external partners to create accurate and efficient reporting. Update process as opportunities present themselves.

AaACoordinate the annual ABL Field Exam with internal and external partners. Perform first level review for reasonableness and accuracy.

AaAPrepare quarterly debt compliance files.

Cash Administration

AaAPrepare and initiate wires on behalf of the Company.

AaAMaintain schedule of bank fees and provided analysis to team on a monthly basis.

AaAResponsible for the administration of bank account documentation for the US and Canada.

AaAManage the consolidation of bank accounts post merger and acquisitions

Mergers & Acquisitions

AaAManage the for Treasury workstream on M&A deals which includes coordinating with Seller to obtain KYC and Payment Support and resolve outstanding UCC filings.

AaAManage the Day of Closing activities includes execution, monitoring and resolution of payments.

AaAManage Escrow Agreement Onboarding with Bank and WS Legal Group.

AaAManage WS Escrow Reporting Portfolio.

Capital Lease Program

AaAManage the administration of the Capital Lease Program including overseeing work of Analyst.

Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 years of previous accounting/finance experience including Treasury roles
  • B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA and/or CTP is a plus
