We are looking for a Reporting Solutions & Operations Partner to join us in our Commercial Data Operations team based out of our US headquarters in Atlanta, GA (hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)
About the role
The Solutions & Operations Partner assists with enabling reporting solutions that drive field force effectiveness strategies. This position will focus on partnering with field team with an overall goal of achieving patient value and business objectives, through collaboration and operational excellence.
Who you'll work with
This individual will partner closely with field leadership to ensure reporting metrics align with strategic objectives by providing solutions that enhance field force effectiveness. They will also work with various internal and vendor teams to coordinate service delivery according to US and Global strategies.
What you'll do
- Serve as project Lead for reporting solutions and related projects as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Reporting solutions, platforms and services.
- Lead efforts that establish and deliver performance tracking solutions for all field-force teams, based on business requirements.
- Analyze performance trends and makes recommendations based on opportunities that may exist for stakeholders.
- Monitor systems and processes to ensure compliance, vendor contract adherence, budget management, and overall project management.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with UCB and vendor teams to establish detailed plans for future system enhancements that impact solutions.
- Assist users and stakeholders with requirements, design, solution, UAT, deployment, and Hypercare.
- Translate stakeholder needs into initiatives.
- Present data insights engagingly, transforming them into actionable narratives.
- Analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proactively identify opportunities and advocate for reporting and analytics.
- Promote Reporting team capabilities and services.
- Set priorities and assisting in decisions, issue resolution, and risk management.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience utilizing commercial business, sales & marketing data reporting to improve business results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Pharma Commercial data
- Experience with Qlik Sense or similar technology
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of BI Reporting tools
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $124,000-163,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
