This role provides the opportunity to leverage your excellent customer service skills and increase your knowledge of benefit practices around the worldYour Role As the Senior Benefit Analyst, you will report to the Deputy Director, Total Rewards|Benefits and work in a hybrid remote work arrangement from our Seattle, WA office. You'll be part of a small and mighty team of benefit professionals who are dedicated to delivering a suite of incredible benefits and supporting more than 2000 dedicated employees who are all working to support our key belief that all lives have equal value. You will support the delivery and administration of the foundation's health, retirement, and leave programs around the globe. What You'll Do
Your Experience
*Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship. #LI-SC2 The salary range for this role is $127,400 to $191,200 USD. We recognize high-wage market differences in Seattle and Washington D.C., where our offices are located. The range for this role in these locations is $138,900 to $208,300 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission. New hires salaries are typically between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
