For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary Summary: Stocking the bars, cleaning, and help bartenders as needed Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area . Assists bartenders with setting up back bar with spirits and wine displays Maintains all product and garnishes is properly stocked throughout the entire event and all equipment is in proper working order Stocks and replenishes all ice wells before and during the event Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats. Ensures trash is removed from all receptacles during and after the event Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats. Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and be standing on your feet for duration of the shift Requirements: Work 90% of stadium events per year (must be available for Football Sundays) Available to work Monday-Friday shifts 10am-5pm as needed for prep days Alcohol certified with California's Responsible Beverage Service Apply to Levy today!
