Organizational Unit Overview
The Division of Student Affairs comprises over 30 departments, each responsible for providing various student support, services, and educational programs accessible to the university community. Job Duties
This position serves as the unit head for the Charter Services Unit and includes a variety of business and fiscal functions. The manager is required to work independently and make decisions quickly in regard to the Charter Services Unit. Work includes the oversight and supervision of temporary, intern, and student workers. This position is directly responsible for all transit fleet charters, motorcoach fleet operations, break shuttles, shuttles to airports and train stations, and the sale of advertising space at bus shelters and onboard buses for ECU Transit. This position requires the management of a budget and sales of $750,000 per year in charter and advertising revenue. This position utilizes an advanced level of understanding of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Google Mapping Software for trip planning, and BusHive charter services management software. This position will interact with many internal university departments, groups, and organizations as well as external groups and organizations.
Minimum Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

North Carolina Commercial Driver License Class B with P Endorsement and no Air Brake Restriction, must have valid Medical Examiners Certificate
